- Tenant buildout in retail building.
- 1,050 SQ FT.
- Demo previous use of space as a hair salon. Complete electrical, plumbing, and mechanical rework to fit the new use of the space. All new finishes throughout including 500 SQFT of ice cream serving area in the front and 500 SQFT of full prep kitchen in the rear.
