Project Brief

Complete new electrical, plumbing, HVAC; new elevator/shaft to meet HC accessibility; small kitchen; new exterior windows and stucco to match original; repaired existing original plaster walls/ceilings; used as much of the existing original ceramic floors as possible; reworked both interior and exterior stairs to meet current code requirements; law office received detailed wood trim work by Amish craftsmen.

• 1st floor 6000 sq. ft. and 2nd floor 6000 sq. ft.
• 100+ year old building developed into retail/restaurant space/law office.
