Project Brief
Created 17 tenant spaces with fire rated tenant walls; complete fire sprinkler/alarm systems; electrical, plumbing, HVAC for each space, interior finishes; built out 8 of the tenant spaces for lease holders – nail salon, car detailing shop, Thai restaurant, hair salon, veterinary clinic, retail phone sales, UPS shipping center, and a coffee shop.
- 33,000 sq. ft. single story.
- Complete new “L” shaped retail center – Conventional masonry/bar joist/built up roof type structure.
