Complete site development including retention pond, parking, landscaping, irrigation, and underground utilities; interior buildout of offices, bathrooms, and showroom; warehouse/shipping/receiving areas, double truckwell; complete electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm systems; complete storefront glass systems, complete foundations for both phases.
