Demo 2 existing restaurant spaces. Complete new electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems. Create 3 new restaurant spaces and a bar area surrounding a central kitchen. Each restaurant space has its own unique architectural custom finishes.
- Tennant buildout in existing food hall.
- 850 SQFT total area.
